The following information will be used to cross-reference against your registration user account and verify to us that you are
the same registered user asking for Verified Seller Status. We do this for your protection and to help in the reduction of fraud
and identity theft. To start the process, please fill out the following Seller Verification Request form:

| **Authorization: By submitting your initials you authorize
DaCS NOW, LLC, directly or indirectly (third parties) to make inquiries necessary to authenticate
your identity. Necessary steps may include but are not limited to, confirming registration user information by
cross-referencing against third party databases, confirmation by phone, asking for additional information via email,
or by other means considered necessary. |
What to expect next:
- Within the next 24 hours you will receive an email confirming we have received your Seller Verification Request.
Note: If you do not receive a confirmation email please check your spam box, some programs may wrongfully redirect
our email correspondence. If this is not the case then please send us an email at
SVRequest@dacsnow.com and we will
look into the matter immediately.
- Shortly you will receive a decision and it will consist of one of the following:
- Congratulations you have been approved! Instructions on how to pay verification fee and start selling included.
- More Information Needed. Instructions about requested information included.
- Denied. Instructions on how to update and resubmit included.
