Traffic Data and Automatic Collection: Through the use of internal tracking code, cookies, and internal servers the following types of information are collected when users visit our site: IP Address, Time and Date Stamp, Referring URL and Current Page. We use the information provided by your visit for purposes of site statistics, diagnosing issues with our server, administration of our Web site and to improve the personal experience you have while browsing, interacting and being part of our community. Personally Identifiable Information: Upon registration certain personal data will need to be exchanged in order for us to provide the best service to you. Personal data includes: Name, email address, mailing address, age, date of birth (to verify legality in entering a binding contract, minimum age requirement is 18 years old), phone number, username, password and two security questions. For seller verification requests we require your social security or ID number, driver's license number and state, and a secondary phone number. If you are a business or are applying for tax exemption your Tax ID Registration number is also required. The security question/answers are required before a user representative will discuss your account information. We will not sell or distribute any private and personal information. Personally Identifiable Information is only captured when a visitor registers into our system and willingly discloses such information within the User Profile area of the website.
We do NOT ask for any credit card information. DaCS NOW, LLC provides buyers and sellers access to many outside payment gateways that are designed to provide the user with a safe and secure environment while processing their payments. We offer this resource so that our users have available options in regards to their payment processing. We have included direct seamless access to the following secure payment gateways to handle your payment processing needs: Paypal, 2Checkout, Wordlpay, Authorize.net, Nochex, Google Checkout. In the event we update our site to include in-house merchant services our privacy policy will reflect this change and we will inform all users accordingly.
We do NOT send marketing messages or announcements by direct mail or telemarketing. Should we launch a marketing campaign toward our users it will be through our internal site member announcements, community forum, and/or monthly newsletter. At times administration may need to send out emails to all users regarding a security advisory or a critical update to the site that may affect the user. Confidentiality Agreement: As previously stated DaCS NOW, LLC will not share your Personally Identifiable Information with third parties unless you specifically approve of the disclosure. User Responsibility: We expect our users to respect the privacy of other users in giving and receiving of personal identifiable information such as shipping details and email correspondence. We will work hard to satisfactorily provide for your concerns. Access to your Personally Identifiable Information: At any time you may access and update your account user information. Simply login securely with your username and password and you will be taken to a summary of your member's area. On the left hand side you will see My Account with Personal Information, Manage Account, Account History, Mail Preferences, and Abuse Report links. From within the My Account area you will also be able to opt-out and/or change your About Me and Profile Page, Email Newsletter, view and update your Bidding and Selling listings, Store Account, Bulk listings, and Wanted ads.

Collection, Use and Distribution of Personally Identifiable Information: You have the choice of not providing us with any Personally Identifiable Information. However, while you are welcome to browse various areas of our website you will not be able to access and use portions of the site which require your Personally Identifiable Information. Note: To become a verified seller we ask additional personal information during registration in order to perform background checks to verify your identity. It is only necessary if you choose to become a verified seller. This process is part of our Quality Listing Assurance Program. Before identity verification checks can be performed we require seller verification request and authorization. Again, we do not disclose any Personally Identifiable Information to third parties without the user's prior explicit permission. All third parties are required to sign a non-disclosure statement.

Deletion of Personally Identifiable Information: If at any time you wish for DaCS NOW, LLC to remove your account information upon request we will suspend your account activity from public use. Upon suspension of your account (either voluntarily or involuntarily) your information may be retained for up to six months on our databases in order to resolve disputes, comply with legal requirements or to reinstate your status should you wish to continue account activity or in the case of involuntary suspension your account has been resolved. At the end of such time all account history and activity will be deleted from our site and databases.
